These terms explain how Body Blueprint works, what you are purchasing, and the responsibilities that apply when you use a fitness product built around general guidance rather than medical care.
By accessing or using Body Blueprint, including the website, consultation flow, reports, PDFs, account features, and related services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Body Blueprint provides guided fitness consultations and generates personalized fitness blueprints based on information you provide, including body metrics, goals, experience, preferences, and limitations.
The Service is intended to provide general fitness and wellness guidance only. It is not medical care, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for advice from a physician or other qualified healthcare professional.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are legally able to enter into these Terms and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Body Blueprint is not a medical provider and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, injury, or health condition.

You are responsible for listening to your body, exercising within your abilities, using proper technique, and stopping immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms.
Physical exercise and training involve inherent risks, including the risk of injury, illness, aggravation of existing conditions, disability, or death. By using the Service, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with exercise, training, and related activities, whether known or unknown, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Body Blueprint is sold on a one-time payment basis unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout. You are purchasing access to a personalized fitness blueprint and related deliverables. There is no recurring subscription unless explicitly disclosed. You agree to pay all charges presented at the time of purchase.

Subject to your payment and compliance with these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use your purchased blueprint for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit the Service or your blueprint without prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused the Service, created legal risk, or engaged in fraud or abuse. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and intellectual property terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Body Blueprint and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, use, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Body Blueprint for the specific purchase giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Body Blueprint and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
